Guys, this supplement, combined with DOCTOR´S BEST MAGNESIUM, has helped me fall asleep so much quicker than my normal time....it usually takes me up to 1 hour to be able to get into that sleep state, but combining one capsules of this one with two from Doctor´s Best, i believe it may be taking me 15-20 min and I have been able to stay asllep all night long. No side effects at all. The capsule size is quite small, there is no unpleasent smeel from the valerian Root, I love it!

Valerian is a strong funky odor. Some people don’t mind it and some do. I’m pretty ok with some unpleasant herbal flavors and I’m also really sensitive to tastes and smells. But this one you can really taste and smell. I had to move the bottle away from my bed. It does seem to help and it’s a more inexpensive way to try this kind of blend if you don’t mind the smell. It’s a great blend and I like this company but yep, it smells like valerian.

I'm not sure yet how many I need to take, but 1 didn't work. I think 3 is probably it, but tonight I will try 4. I still wake up twice to pee, and I wake up throughout the night, but I seem to rest better and fall back to sleep.
I use this almost every night. If I forget I don’t sleep as well. I was told years ago by an acupuncturist that a group of herbs is better for me than just taking one herb. For example if I took only valerian root it could make me sleepy one time then I’d have insomnia the next. And even though valerian is an ingredient of this wonderful Solaray sleep supplement it works every time for a better night’s sleep.
