This review doesn't provide any medical advice: it solely summarise my views on/ experience with this product. I am a fan of this brand: good quality ingredients at an affordable price. I was looking for a good vitamin B complex as I am taking metformin which lowers the amount of vitamin B in the body, particularly vitamin B1, B6 and B12. I was also looking to boost my biotin intake (to promote healthy growth of my hair and nails), and vitamin B5 for increased energy as it helps to metabolize food to produce fuel for our body. I bought two bottles (60 capsules each) which will last me for 60 days as the dosage is 2 capsules per day. I am happy with my purchase and I recommend. I've been taking these for 6 months now and have developed pain in my hands and feet. Just by chance I came across news articles online linking excessive B6 levels to peripheral neuropathy. I bought this product based on the reputation of the brand but it contains 5000+% the recommended level of B6 which is banned in some countries and is linked to peripheral neuropathy. Anyone taking this supplement needs to be aware of this. The condition is not always reversible. Can't understand why this company is not subject to lawsuits.
