Im using this for almost 2 weeks now and I feel the difference like Im more active and less stress but the main reason why I purchased this supplement is for my hair because I suffer from huge hair loss. I will observe if there’s improvements within 3 months to 6 months and I will comeback in this comment.
This one really works for me as i am a 57 yrs old guy with osteoartritis on the knee. I have tried a lot of collagen products frm powder to capsules but this one really the best for me and i'd say everything; My skin, muscles, hair, nails and joints etc...I can see the difference. These are wonderful pills, a source of three types of collagen, amino acids, biotin and vitamin C. I drink one a day right after dinner, so I became noticeably calmer. I believe that it is necessary to replenish collagen reserves, since we do not get it from boiled products, collagen breaks down at temperatures above 55 degrees Celsius. The tablets have a pleasant smell and taste, there are a lot of them, I didn't notice any side effects.

I felt a lot of improvement and effect upon taking it. The taste is good, you cannot feel it while drinking. I felt improvement on my knees too. It was well packaged.
