I have been drinking this spearmint tea for the past two years now and can’t say enough great things about it. I will never be without it. The reason I started was because so many women had talked about how it helped them during their monthly cycle with their cramps and skin. It has really helped me when it comes to getting cramps during my cycle, and any hormonal breakouts. If I start drinking this the week before and during my cycle, 1-2 cups a day, my cramps will almost not even be there and my complexion is so much better!! Very refreshing and soothing.

Got it during an offer. It’s cheaper than Shopee. I love the taste and it helps me sleep better. I am trying to so that it helps with my facial hair as I have PCOS. So far it’s making a difference. Will continue to take this. Highly recommended.

I started this. Can’t say anything about the results as it’s too early. I hope it will work for me. If i talk about taste. I like it. And it’s not similar to green tea. It’s a bit sweet but not sugary as it can be a sweet herb. Overall you can take it after you done with your hormonal imbalances.

I bought this tea and i tell you i have no regrets. It taste so refreshing it has a nice blend to it. The quality id very soothing and it smells wonderful. I saw results from the tea in less than 3 days, i got my cycle back and I never had it for 3 months. This works i ordered three more packages.

The tea tastes really great! I recommend having it while it's still steaming hot. I have realized that the taste does not change much if I steep it for more than 10 minutes. I still have not drank it enough to see whether it helps with hormonal issues and PCOS; however, I have heard so many good things about it.
