I like that the Folate and B-12 are methylated because my body can't process those two if they aren't methylated.

Works as well for younger as well as older men in my family. I feel better taking these, I think I was significantly lacking some mineral or vitamin these are not giving me. I did a ton of research before buying to ensure this was 3rd party tested (which they are). Thorne has a solid reputation and read site after site and review after review and these guys appear to be legit and product quality vitamins. The only downside is you have to take 6 a day which is a lot of pills but perhaps that means this is higher quality with crushing it all down into one pill (maybe). I highly recommend.
