I must say that this superfood delivered what it promised! The quality is great! When we took it I can see the increase in energy, vitality and improvement in our health. Though i have switched brands, I am very happy that i got to try this product. The quantity, quality and the price are what make me recommend it. I love the ingredients is 50/50 chlorella and spirulina. I have been taking this superfood for 2 months now and I have never been more energetic. There are several different ways that you can use these in your smoothies in your drinks or just swallowing like a pill it is a lot of pills to swallow because one serving I think is like 12 tablets, but I took them and they are really helping my stomach and I can fill the detox effects already after one day they are not messy usually anything green bleeds.. the package is small so you can definitely travel with it. There are different sizes if you want to order a larger packet, but I prefer the smaller size and it’s working great for me. The benefit of these tablets, and the reason I purchased them, is that I remembered them helping my sinuses better than allergy pills years ago, and now they still do and are. I take all 12 tabs early in the day, sometimes with my one meal or just empty morning stomach. They have a slight algae taste on the way down but nothing to cry about. I have never mixed them in a smoothie, but I imagine they taste similar to the green smoothie mix.
