i use a neti pot daily for chronic sinus issues. i have a hard time with medicines and the neti pot is safe, natural, and can be used multiple times a day if needed. i dont know what id do without being able to do nasal rinsing. i needed more salt packets and they are hard to find in store or cost much more, getting them thru iherb was my best option.
