This is my 3rd purchase of this brand and Can say that it is potent and a quality product. I take one dosage daily and feel like elderberry is a amazing product to take during the fall and winter and cold and flu season. I have taken both the sugar free and regular option and can say that the sugar free is definitely less sweet more sour than the regular formula. Both are from quality ingredients and have the same amount of elderberry in them.
