Excellent product. However, it is a bit costly (what to do, not much choices of C + Zinc supplements available in iHerb). Vitamin C and Zinc play important roles in providing adequate nutrition and immune defense. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and zinc are two essential micronutrients that play important functional roles in nutrition, immune support and maintenance of health. Vitamin C is a cofactor for several enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of collagen, carnitine and neurotransmitters. Zinc is LIKELY SAFE for most adults when taken by mouth in amounts not larger than 40 mg daily. Routine zinc supplementation is not recommended without the advice of a healthcare professional.
