I’ve been using a dentist-made mouthguard for >5 years now for bruxism, but have been looking for an alternative for traveling / in between days. Tried the boil & mold types but they don’t work well and usually force teeth/jaw into weird angles that might hurt. The Plackers guard seemed to have many bad reviews saying it’s too small and falls out of the mouth etc, but if you read the instructions, it’s not meant to cover all your molars as long as it sits on some it will work. Used correctly, it also won’t fall out. I used it last night on my upper teeth for about 10 hours, and it worked fine and achieved the aim of keeping my teeth apart so I don’t grind them. Initially the front felt a bit uncomfortable on my gums as my gums are a bit softer and more prone to injury, but surprisingly it was comfortable enough to last the whole night, didn’t fall out and didn’t make my gums, teeth or jaw hurt despite 10 hours’ continuous usage. Great product! Only wished each guard lasted longer than 3 uses.

Thank goodness for iherb. I have been using this product for a long time and I can’t get it anywhere else now at a reasonable price. The delivery was quick and it was well packaged. Plackers are a great alternative to the mouth guards you have to boil then shape to your teeth. They are light comfortable and easy to use.

Being an extremely delicate individual, I was not ready to pay $200 for a mouthguard at my dental specialist's. As I disclosed to them, I would presumably awaken during the center of the evening and sling it across the room! So that just was impossible. A little exploration drove me to this little apparatus. At the point when you originally put it in your mouth, you will have a few questions LOL, yet you will see that it will remain set up with the slight strain between your teeth, simply be certain that the little strip is pushed up close to your gums toward the front. They say you can utilize every one three times, yet that is just for individuals who would rather not spotless them. The majority of the other comparative mouth monitors out there don't advance themselves as dispensable so cleaning is required. These can really be utilized endlessly in case you're willing to clean them. Also, they arrive in a decent individual holder for movement.

this is great, can't believe i know it only now!!! Paid more than 150$ for the orthodontic custom made guard which becomes filthy after a while even after washing. this one is very small, so you feel it much less than the orthodontic accessory. after a month i stiil use the first one, washing it well in the morning of course. highly highly recommended!!!

At first glance you think “no way”, but after the first use, you’ll realised that they work. No More grinding or restless nights. Now I wake up feeling refresh and pain-free. The Plackers, Grind No More, Disposable, Dental Guards fit easily into your mouth and does not move once over the gums (only top teeth). Although the instructions stated 3x only, I can use mine for 5-7 days max. I could probably use it for more days, but wouldn’t for hygienic reasons. I would recommend the Plackers, Grind No More, Disposable Dental Guards.

my dentist actually recommended different type, but I had already purchased these ones and I have to say I am quite pleased. Single one can last 3-5 nights if you take good care. My mouth is rather small, so I was concerned about the size, but they fit perfectly and stay put all night long.

helped me when i cracked one of my uppper molars but have yet to go for extraction. provided enough clearance so my lower molars will not touch the cracked tooth. saved me a lot of pain. i do not use guards on regular basis so i do not actually know what to look for but i deem that it may be useful for interim usage like for my case. the size and length of the flat surface that touches the teeth worked for me

My son who grinds hard during his sleeping worries about the loss of his teeth from grinding, and I feel sorry for that concerning his jaws too. He tried this right away with a little doubt. It is disposable( I don't usually prefer disposal goods), so it'll be easy to use for him anytime.
