I thought these initially to help with endo and IBS related nausea because taking anti-sickness medication was causing secondary problems. This product has reduced my need to take the tablets causing problems. I use them in conjunction with some wish garden morning sickness herbs - does not work every time but most of the time it's a great alternative. So grateful I found them!
