As soon as I opened it, loads of powder fell off and made my clothes and everything around me covered in powder. I still decided to give it a chance and used it on my face, using a plain side, without the powdered and had horrible yellow stains on my face after using it. Moreover, it didn’t help with oily skin at all. Returning.

Best Affordable Papers For Oily Skin

I have very oily skin and tried any and every blotting paper. The sheets are thicker, not the softest but require just 1 sheet to blot your whole face. However I am taking off 1 start since it can make skin look very matte (borderline cakey) due to the rice powder. I will purchase again since it is effective and super affordable, but there are more cosmetically elegant papers at out there, like the shiseido papers.
