Excellent!Definitely works. More so with endurance. I would encourage you to do the loading stage for like the first week and work out with it. I noticed a difference within a week and I only do push ups everyday. Muscles are harder and I'm able to do more effortlessly from when I first started. Must buy can't go wrong unless your body just doesn't take to it.
A genuine product which is highly effective. It had brought marked improvement in my weight lifting by 25%. Muscle shape has gotten more pronounced. Cuts are better visible in biceps and triceps. It doesn't mix too well though but is still better than most other brands. Overall I'm really happy with the results that it brings about.
i mix this creatine powder to my whey powder. i used to take the capsules, but thought this could be better without all the fillers in capsules. btw, creatin.e does work, just take a small dose everyday. i find it gives me muscle cramps if i take too much at one go. it helps fill out yr muscles. i take hmb as well. after you are 50, muscles then to shrink. so, these 2 supplements help to keep them plump!

First time trying creative. Is it supposed to come with a scoop? My bottle didn’t include one. Besides that it’s been good. Micronized creative is supposedly better for digestion as well as less bloating and so far so good. My advice would be not to creative load, especially if you eat plenty of red meat and trying to avoid bloating.

Unlike the most of other “supplements” this one works, you can find many researches about it. Also, it makes you remember things better. And imo there’s no need in “loading” phase if you have kidney issues, such as stones. In long term effect will be the same. If you have a hard time dissolving it in water, try mixing it with a whey protein shake or something sweet - fine post workout drink for me.
