I’ve been taking iodine for a long time and I didn’t really see a whole lot of difference. When I found out about these co-factors which are needed when you take iodine it was the missing piece to my health. My hair stopped falling out as much and it started looking shinier and thicker. I cannot rave highly enough about this product. I got introduced to this when I started using iodoral and I have never looked back inspite of how pricy it is. Ordered this specifically because Dr. David Brownstein recommends it to enhance iodine therapy. I also take a B complex tablet later in the day, as B vitamins are supposed to work synergistically, so I don't want to throw my body off too much by such a high dose of B2 + B3 without the others. So far this seems to be working well.

A must for proper absorption of iodine! Once I added this supplement to my daily dose of iodine I am finally beginning to feel like my old self!

My doctor recommended I take Iodoral after giving me an iodine test. I take these with the Iodoral: 2x iodoral each day + 1x cofactors every other day based on my test results. I have Hashimoto's and this has been like flipping an energy switch on!

i didn't know i had vitamin b deficiency until I started eating this. that's when i realized how much the difference is. as it gradually fills you up with vitamin b it increases your appetite if you were vitamin b deficient

Great company; love their other products. Pills are a bit large to swallow, tho, hence only 4 stars, but at least they don't disintegrate in the mouth while trying to get them swallowed.
