In my reasoning the powder is slightly better than veg caps because I feel results faster this way I found in general.This Citrulline Malate from Nutricost gave me nice spike of energy ,and gave my muscles a nice warm sensation with a feeling of well being. These bodily results mean to me better flowing blood in my opinion ,but the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was due to it being too sweet other than that it I felt did the job.
