Nutricost Electrolytes: Clean, No-Frills Hydration That Works

Verified purchase

Nutricost Electrolytes – Simple, Effective, and No Nonsense I’ve been using Nutricost Electrolytes for a while now, and it’s become a go-to for hydration—especially on days when I’m sweating a lot, feeling rundown, or just trying to stay sharp during work or workouts. 💧 What I Like: • Balanced formula – It’s got the essentials: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and chloride. No weird fillers or trendy additives—just the core electrolytes your body actually needs. • No sugar, no artificial garbage – I appreciate that there’s zero sugar, no dyes, and no artificial flavoring. It doesn’t try to be a sports drink; it’s purely functional. • Easy to use – I usually mix it into water first thing in the morning or after a long day. It dissolves well and tastes neutral to lightly salty depending on the version. • Reliable for fasting or low-carb diets – This is perfect if you’re on keto, intermittent fasting, or just trying to avoid dehydration headaches. It gives your body what it needs without spiking insulin or adding junk. ⚖️ What Could Be Better: • If you’re expecting a strong flavor or something like Gatorade, this isn’t that. It’s meant to work, not taste like candy. • Capsules version is great for convenience, but the powder gives you more control over the dose. ⸻ Overall, Nutricost nailed it here. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean, affordable, and does exactly what I need it to. Great for replenishing electrolytes without all the extra stuff I don’t want. I’ll definitely keep it in my rotation.

I don’t really enjoy the taste, but I put only around 2-3 grams and mix it with water I guess you can put 4g as well and mix it in the bottle and it would taste better! I’ve noticed I’m feel more energized after taking it in the morning

These electrolytes have high quality ingredients - not a bunch of items you can’t pronounce. Tastes great and helps hydrate you during intense physical activity, sports, and workouts. Crucially, there’s not too much sodium either.

amazing flavor

Verified purchase

this is the 3rd flavor I've tried and I was expecting another overly sweet artificial taste. l was completely wrong - it tastes great. I do water it down a lot more than instructed and add course salt and magnesium - but I do that with all flavors at the same ratio. if you buy a value pack I suggest leaving in the moisture absorber and using a smaller container for daily use - I had clumps by the end of the big pack. great quality - dissolves fast, does what I need.
