Seems to help with my insomnia. takes the edge off. havent used valerian in decades because i tried it as an infusion or decoction which was gross. it still tastes crap even in a herbal tea i drop it in but nowhere near as bad. apparently it might even help me with the me/cfs that i have according to the natrapath. i hope so. seems economical too. been taking a biomedica formula for a while and thats helped but this seems to have more of a use over time
I’ve used Valerian once, after started to feel fear of flights, and it really worked for me! So I bought this bottle to have whenever I have a flight coming. 20 drops to the work, just enough to calm you, but not to fall asleep. If you’ll take more you feel sleepy, but not an harsh effect like sleeping pills (unless you take a really big amount). I’m happy I have a natural solution for my problem which came up when I’m 40..
I am constantly looking for natural remedies and this one fits the bill. I use it on a daily basis frequently as needed with appropriate dosage. Packaged well of course the benefit is good and I feel great after I use it. Effective and value for the money. Works well to relieve difficulties to fall asleep.
I like the quality of this product. It really helps me to sleep with just a pipette in my evening tea. It does have a particular taste and smell which takes some getting used to, but since it works well I do not mind it. Conveniently packaged with an integrated pipette.

Product come quickly , have used Now Foods valerian root for 5+ years with great results. I slept better and filling better. Anyway, it seems to do just what you’d expect from this herb, and the drops, if held under the tongue for a minute or so work within 15 minutes for me. Overall great product! As far as taste- valerian root has specific taste of it’s own. To respond to some reviews about sweetness of the product- read the label! The product contains glycerin- it’s sweet naturally, so nobody lied about “hidden ingredient as sugar”, there is NO sugar.
