This might be a little too sensitive to talk about on here, but many women such as myself have experienced girly issues such as cetlrtain infections in the past and it’s something that i often get. I don’t understand why because i always try to be as hygienic as possible and still I get it. Anyway, i used to rely on yogurts before but it takes quite a while for those to take effect. Now i’ve decided to use probiotic pills to step up my yeast fighting game. So far it has really worked well for me. In less than a week, the yeast infection seems to have cleared. I haven’t had to deal with that issue since I began taking this. I have also noticed that the eczema that i had around my lips was less irritated ever since. I’m not sure if that’s an intended effect though but i’m happy with it. Overall, I would gladly repurchase this!

This is really a good dose. Usually probiotics have smaller doses which only helps while you are taking them. You need higher doses if you want bacterias colonize your gut. This one has 100 billion bacterias per capsule and 10 strains - which is great. It helped me with my face skin condition and intestines. Microbiom is crucial thing for our health. If you have more serios conditions like Irritable bowel syndrome or colitis you might take 4 capsules a day or more. But consult with your doctor first! Another advice - keep your probiotics in the fridge as bacterias dont stand high temperatures. This way you can help the product save its properties and make it more useful for yourself

This is my number 1 probiotic. I’ve recently stopped taking it (took a break) after taking it 1 capsule per day for 4 months and then 1 capsule every other day for 2 more months. My health and the way I feel is enormously better. I absolutely recommend this probiotic.

This is a really good probiotic definitely as good as the more expensive ones that I’ve been buying from Costco will certainly be buying these again in future have tried others and they weren’t as good as the Costco ones he’s definitely are as good if not better and certainly cheaper.

The package arrived in a good condition and well sealed. The capsules are easy to swallow. I have digestive troubles since long time and I have been trying different types of probiotics. So far I am satisfied with this product. I do not have undesirable side effects like bloating or indigestion and so far I am well tolerating it. It is not making my situation a lot better but at least I do not feel worse. I think I need to wait a few more days to see if there is a significant improvement relative to the previous brand I was using.
