I am one who has dealt with restless legs since my childhood. No one knew how to help me with it then, and for many years as an adult I could not really find the supplements that could help. I mixed different supplements for years. I have not had to add any other supplements to your Iron Complete to have to deal with RLS. Taking one tablet each night, about a half hour before bedtime, has helped erase the RLS which helps me get to sleep normally. A great change maker!!This is the quality one looks for. NOW Foods is as usual good quality, but unfortunately this product was not good for my stomach. I get the same reaction to many other iron supplements so that’s definitely not the fault of this product. I will be trying some others to find a better one for myself because I have anemia and will definitely need to pay attention to this

It's really easy to overload yourself with iron, so I think it's better if we err on the side of caution and just stay away from these supplements, just boost your iron intake by eating more beef organs like liver, or even some high-quality chocolate if you are deficient in iron!
