I can definitely feel a difference taking these--more energy and an improvement overall. I love that this contains good quality super foods like; Spirulina, Chlorophyll, Quercitin, Korean Ginseng Root (Panax ginseng) and Essential Fatty Acid-Rich Whole Food Blend. It's rare to find all of these in a multi vitamin. I also like that the size is easy to get down, if you can't handle large pills. I eat good, healthy, foods so I get a lot of nutrients, and only need to take 2 or 3 per day, just to be sure I'm getting the essentials. I take more if I feel I need it. I can be extreme when researching vitamins and supplements, since there is so much to consider. Please give this a 'like' if you find it helpful. Here's what I found: There is only 67% of K2 in this, and the K2 is mostly from menaquinone-4, which isn't easily absorbed. So be sure to get enough K2 in your diet, it's an extremely important vitamin for your health. I'm plant based so I get K2 from Cheddar cheese, and sauerkraut. But Munster, Camembert cheeses, and natto, are higher in K2. The calcium in this is 15% of the MDR, which is excellent, because in some studies, high levels of calcium taken via a vitamin or supplement caused early death in some people. It turns out that a sudden surge of calcium is hard on the system, especially if repeated daily, over years. The calcium dosage in this is safe, it's only 15% of the MDR, if you take 6 at once. I take 1 or 2 per meal. The amount of B12 in these, is over 43,600 times the MDR, if you take 6 tablets, yikes. However, this amount is considered safe, because your body only absorbs what it needs and the rest leaves via urine. Some people can have side effects from too much B12 such as headaches, vomiting, fatigue, nausea, tingling fingers and toes. I'm sensitive and don't tolerate all vitamins well, but these Never gave me any issues, even when taking 6 per day. Most people get plenty of B12, but pregnant or breastfeeding women, older adults, and vegan/vegetarians might be deficient (there isn't any B12 in plants). A B12 deficiency can cause serious health issues. this is probably why there's super high levels of B12 in a lot of vitamins I've researched. These Source of Life Vitamins are among the best out there. No upset stomach, no weird flashes, just more energy and a good, healthy feeling overall. This is how I know these have quality ingredients and a balanced dose of vitamins. I'd prefer the K2 to be 100% from menaquinone-7, and a lower dose of B-12. But I've been taking these for over a year now and my experience has been 100% positive. I definitely feel a difference taking these. Please remember to give this a 'like' if you find it helpful.
