After I have started to use it, first I felt bloated and felt like my stomach was empty and other weird feelings. After taking them approximately for 10 days, I started seeing blood in toilet bowl and understood that I was having rectal bleeding. Bleeding didn’t stop as soon as I stopped taking pills, but it lasted for few more days. I am still not sure if I would have it in upcoming days or not, but for today I didn’t have it. I googled it and understood that iron supplementa can cause bleeding. I don’t know what was the reason, maybe the amount of iron was too high for my body, but I wouldn’t take it anymore Also, want to add that the color of my stool got darker, which can be normal while taking iron supplements, and the my urine turned to neon yellow/greenish color. I didn’t like the smell and the size wasn’t my favorite as well
