I tried this brand after my usual (from NOW Foods) was sold out. It's an excellent source of fiber and a great supplement to your diet if you have issues with constipation. It seems as good of quality as the NOW Foods brand, if not better. I've purchased it several times.
I love this product! It's the only brand that I've found that only requires one daily dose. Dose is still several pills - but others indicate 5 or 6 pills up to 3 times a day. This one is 6 pills once a day. And it makes a significant difference in how I feel.
