I have been taking this supplement not so long ago, but I managed to note the strengthening of the immune system. I picked up something viral, it is possible that the most popular virus in 2020. I got sick almost imperceptibly, A slight nasal congestion and general weakness (the only noticeable symptoms) disappeared in 2 days! I used to have a common cold that lasted longer. True, the daily dose of zinc has doubled these days. I immediately ran to my favorite gym - I found that even the strength ones did not fall, no residual weakness! When the covid pandemic broke out, my doctor recommended that I take zinc every day in addition to various vitamins. This is a very high dose product, the tablet size is not large, so it is very easy to swallow. It doesn't hurt your stomach. I always take it in the morning before work. I'm a teacher, some blind child always has a sore throat. If my throat starts to hurt, I also take one in the evening. I believe it is good for my immune system.
Was recommended to take high dose zinc but I couldn't find it anywhere nearby. Thankfully found it here in iherb and they generally ship quickly. I find this tablet although small it is rather thick and difficult to swallow. It has a neutral taste to it. I generally go for chelated minerals as I find they are easier to absorb.
This is my second bottle of Zinc supplements which I'd been taking daily for past 3 months. Not sure if it is a placebo effect. But it seems I no longer suffer from itchy skin and rhinitis allergy symptoms as often as I used to after taking this zinc supplements.

I am unable to judge whether this zinc supplement is better or worse than any other. Such judgement requires complicated scientific study. I liked the price, which, I believe, should be low for such a simple kind of mineral supplement. The package is large, the pills are easy to swallow, and the dose of 50mg is excellent.

The order arrived very fast. I had ordered 2 different kinds of zinc. I've only opened this brand and so far I like it. The tablets are not very big in size so they are easy to swallow and if I want to take a smaller mg, they can be cut very easily.
