This is a great vitamin d I bought it for mom who has less vitamin d in her body and she was having a lot of problems her bones were paining and her hair was falling once she started taking the drops she don't have those problems anymore and her hair is getting thick love this one I recommend it
This liquid vitamin D3 is an excellent product. I prefer liquid over pills because it is more absorbable into the body. My kids also able to take it because it has no taste, and they take it without complaint. One thing I can think would be, is the quality would be very good if manufacturer add a dropper for the bottle. Iherb also has very fast shipping and that makes me very happy.
I was surprised to see my Vitamin D test result. from 25nmol/L to 137.1nmol/L. In 4 months use, most of the time I took 1 drop, only 3 weeks before test 2 drops because my therapist recommended 5000IU dosage for a strong immunity system. Two drops means 8000IU in this product. So the effect is clear, from a deficiency to a sufficiency. The absorption is a top quality also due to virgin olive oil as one of the ingredients, and thats also why the Taste is great for me. Size of product is "endless", more then a half left and I assume I can use for 8 months in total. Good price also. Esthetic package design. The only bad is that sometimes drops leaks outside the bottle leaving oily little circly on the shelf:)
the quality are good and also the ingredients . the size is small but its enough for a couple of months. hair fall is sign of deficiency of vitamin d3 . we need to use this vitamin according to dosage , Moreover please do check on vit D3 level !

Has worked wonders when I used it hidden in children's cereal or other food. It doesnt alter taste and it is effective. The recurrent colds and flu have now stopped .
