firstly, Ive tried other quick dissolve brands from this site, and while they are just as effective as Natrol 3mg, Natrol doesn't make me feel as groggy in the morning as other brands do. Ive been taking this 5 nights a week for about a year now. people say it stops working for them after a while but for me it's still going strong 💪 it puts me to sleep in 25 min. I'm NOT kidding you. I am always guaranteed at least 4 hours of sleep if I take this. If only it could help me STAY asleep. lastly, I really enjoy the artificial strawberry taste 😋 the overall quality of this is far superior to other ones in the lower price range.
