To tell the truth, I bought this product to use it before an open meal. I heard that it reduces the body's absorption of carbohydrates and sugar. i have read that Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that is made naturally in the body and also found in foods. It is used to break down carbohydrates and to make energy , this is my second bottle and i am in love with this brand i highly recommend this using this made me feel very energetic
For longevity related radicals to believe it’s a powerful antioxidant. I saw a number of You Tube videos on neuropathy. This was the most highly recommended supplement for neuropathy. It supposed to help with the function of your nervous system. So, I started taking it over a year ago. It has help. I'm happy to say my neuropathy has not gotten worst! It might not work for everyone, BUT I've been struggling with adult acne for years. Started taking Vitamin A on a whim to see if there would be an improvement and yes, there is. It takes a while, but this stuff really helped improve my skin quality and reduce my acne. Highly recommend!
