It’s too sweet and the sweet is unusual. It’s not only caramel taste but other weird tastes. Maybe it’s because its ingredients contain cinnamon that I don’t like it. The texture is gritty that is not like cookies. Therefore, I like Super Cookie Crunch flavor more than this flavor. The size is big enough to replace a meal. The bar can last 3-4 hours that not feeling hungry. And the protein is abundant. It’s appropriate to have one after workout or exercises.

I'm eating this and other 2 flavours, a bar once a day for lunch, and it keeps me going. I don't do gym, just run 5km a day after work and I have enough energy to do so. It's helping me a lot with loss weigh. Tastes great and it works, however, I'm concerned about the high level of sugar in each bar, which if you have high sugar / diabetes issues is better to avoid.

I ordered them for my husband since he’s always complaining how much they charge for them in the gas station. He was so happy I have him 18 for around $45 telling me I saved with $70 since that’s how much he pays in total for 18 at the gas station. Will definitely be buying more when he runs out 4/5 ⭐️ (I don’t personally eat any so I don’t know about taste nor benefits but my husband is a gym rat so I’m guess they are good)

I've tried most of the flavors of this bar and the vanilla caramel churro is definitely my favorite! Excellent taste and texture with a nice amount of protein and not too heavy. I have them post workout/training and they really help to refuel.

really quality product, right size, comport package. use this bar for fitness goal, has much protein, I took it after training and its feel good. taste is little sweet but fine. good for balance diet because its good ingredient.

I've had this brand before, but this one is quite tasty like a yummy snack. It has all the vitamin and minerals I need and always a great meal replacement choice. I highly recommend it.

A really good tasting bar and very filling. No artificial sweetners, but it does have a lot of sugar (for those on watch for that), as well as soy protein (which is not tolerated by everyone).

My partner loves these but I find them too sweet and the cinnamon flavour too strong. They have a lot of protein but also a lot of calories.

Nice consistency and great flavour. My only concern is that it tastes a bit too sweet from the caramel. Given the relatively high number of sugar carbs, it's definitely more of a meal replacement than a supplement. On warm days i usually chug them into the fridge first.
