Recent evidence suggests that Resveratrol may work better at lower doses than traditionally sold in supplements. This is one of the few I could find on iherb with a low dose - 20mg - of resveratrol. Not to mention the other benefits of grapseed extract which is supposed to have longevity benefits.

I took this as an antioxidant and quickly gave up on it as i didn't really see any results but i guess there are no real short term results to be seen so i think i gave up too soon as research indicates that its a great product to take. Life extension is a good brand so i would recommend it and based on the science and the benefits of grapeseed extract, i might give it another shot.
