I could not really tell if this product was beneficial to me or not. The gelcaps are really large and kind of hard to swallow. I took them daily in the afternoon during lunch with food and water. No stomach irritation or discomfort, after taking them. The bottle lasted me about 6 months. I took them along side other supplements, but I didnt feel they enacted them. I took them to ensure quality bone health, while aging. The ingredients are vegetarian friendly that why I choose the product.
