I’ve taking a lot of different probiotics but unfortunately I didn’t get what I was expecting from this supplement. I’ve tried their other probiotics and they worked well for me. I bought this one since it was on sale and it’s aimed for people over 50. However I started to be constipated again since I started taking this even though I’m eating healthy and doing exercises regularly. My constipation is clearly due to aging so I always try to choose the right probiotics for me. Well, this is not the one for me. I think the potency and the strain are not enough for people over 50. I wouldn’t buy it again. Last time somehow my comment was blocked. I hope it doesn’t happen this time.
