In COVID times with a higher level of angst, I found this on sale one day and ordered it, consumed it per instructions, then ran out, hesitated, then experienced angst rising, re-ordered, began again. HELLO PEACE is very gentle and helped in a sense of well-being. I recommend most of the Himalaya brand products.

I am a big fan of the Himalaya brand. They seem to draw well from ancient traditions [Ayurvedic] to identify and blend satisfying and effective supplements. This is essentially a Chyavanprash with additional fruit , roots, barks and seeds to provide an effective calming blend in vegetarian capsules.
