I bought 2 of these to use for my castor oil self-treatments (the 2nd one as an extra). It does the job! I just make sure to pour the oil slowly on the cloth, spreading it as much as I can, and letting it soak for a while before I directly place the wool flannel on my skin. Reusable and washable (I handwash it with gentle detergent), and overall easy to use. It'll last for a while, and I do have my extra ready, but I'd definitely purchase this again from iHerb if I need new ones.

The size is big enough I can make 2 wraps. I haven’t tried it yet so I can’t say if it’s going to be comfortable. Will update once I started using it.

I think you are supposed to pus something over it, like a proper castor oil pack so the oil doesn't leak into your clothes but I use it as it is, the oil kind of makes it stick to my body and the clothes I put over just keep it in place
