10 Calories per serving ... WHAT! I am thinking the sweet berries and apple a would be responsible ... but hang on Total Fat/Total Carbs and Protein are all Zero with Sodium at 30g with a serving size of 2.8g and a note saying it is not a significant source of saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, dietary fiber, added sugars, vit D, calcium, iron and potassium (though grammatically I think that should read "or" not "and") So where are the 10 calories coming from? I ask as a fan of fasting and of course this would break a fast is each cup managed to deliver 10 calories. I am thinking maybe it means if you actually ate rather than infused the bag as for 10 calories (1/5th of an apple) that sounds impossible. Anyway apologies for boring those of you who do not care about calories - and yes it is delicious, the bag is full of delicious top quality ingredients and looks likes a beautiful pot pourri . Love the clean and classy Good Earth packaging and copy explaining the bold flavours , company history and benefits.
