This is my 3rd purchase. I like the quality and it's by a brand that I am familiar with. I wanted a powder with minimal sugar content. It makes a great post workout smoothie. I do add other things like greens/nuts/plant milk to my smoothie. Mixes well as far as I can tell. I do wish they would sell it in a larger size like the other protein powders.

I like that this plant protein has no sugar or stevia and that it has flax seeds and others, which makes it more nutritious than plain pea protein. The powder is of a beige-brown colour due to flaxseed and I can smell the flaxseed. Great addition to my morning shake!
