I’ve been using Prostabs Plus for a little over a month now, trying to support my prostate/urinary comfort, so here are my honest thoughts. What I like: The ingredient list is fairly solid for what it claims: it includes zinc (20 mg), lycopene, pomegranate extract, and an amino-acid blend (glycine, glutamic acid, alanine). The presence of saw palmetto, white willow bark and other herbs shows they’re aiming at urinary/prostate well-being. It’s convenient to take — the tablets are not huge, the dosage (2 tablets twice daily in many listings) is manageable. After ~4 weeks I noticed I woke up less often during the night (once instead of twice or three times) to go to the bathroom. For me, that’s a meaningful improvement.
