This one is organic and has many positive reviews as well. So I’m going to give it a try. Hope it’s fragrant as the fresh ones.
I use these all the time in soups and salads, especially tuna salad. It's great that they are organic--essential for me, and that they last and last and are so convenient. As an elderly crippled widow living alone, I find dried onion to be very easy and handy to use.
This quality is exactly what I wanted to use. The size is perfect as I go through a lot of Onion and it tastes and smells amazing. Their is no filler and the only ingredient is Onion in this packaging. I use this in all my recipes and is it very frequently.
Always like to have organic dried onion available. Great for soups if fresh onions are not available. Onion dip (Organic sour cream, organic minced onion, & Celtic/Himalayan salt - to taste - that's all) is as tasty as those with many chemicals included. I'd rather buy it dried than dry it myself.
I love the taste and the fact cooking becomes easier with it. I use it in different dishes. Today I had some pasta and added it in sauce. It took me 20 minutes overall :). Perfect ingredient for those that prefer to eat tasty at home but to save time as well. I bought smaller package before but this size gives a good price&quantity balance. I actually refilled my older jar.
When I think that I have already ordered 5 times this onion - I sum up to 2.5 kilo of dry onion flakes consumed so far :) :) :) I am an addict of home made food. It is so aromatic and handy for dusting fermented cabbage ("Russian style" not the sauer kraut) - and some EV sunflower oil and grinded blend of peppercorns - so tasty and flavourful salad on its own. Quality of this product is always excellent, one pack lasts long and makes time of my life spent in kitchen much easier and less tear-bursting.

Excellent quality and flavor (which I've come to expect from Frontier) I purchase so many herbs and spices in bulk and this company never disappoints. Far exceeds the flavor and scent of store bought versions and I re-seal in quart glass jars with tight fitting lids for long term storage. If you go through herbs and spices quickly, now is the time to up your game and purchase quality bulk AND save money while doing it. 5 stars all the way!
I make onion bread, which calls for dried onions, among other ingredients. Using these minced onions, I turned out a spectacular loaf of bread. Very pleased. Soon I will try them in rolls.
I love this dry onion for cooking and also on sandwiches. It’s flavorful, so no need to use too much of it. I also use it in my salad dressings and bread recipes.
Essential ingredient for making homemade everything bagel seasoning. One tip… Use less salt than you think if you like to use a heavy amount of topping.
