Great taste and very good ingridients! It keeps you full for quite long because of its protein and fiber content. Perfect as a snack before or after training or a workout. Also just in generell if you´re looking after your fitness and try to keep a healthy diet. The bar size makes it perfect for traveling as well.

Very easy to prepare as simple as 1 minute in the microwave. 20 g of protein, good with a cup of coffee. Nothing else to say!!

Not a common taste, i thought i 'd give this a go since i 've tried practically every other flavour and i i must say i was pleasantly surprised. this muffin tastes really good, the macros are decent and ots quite low in sugar. Definitely would order again
