I love how this supplement is made from whole foods. It has quite a few extras ( mangosteen hull, broccoli extract; etc.) that are not included in other multi vitamin brands.

I did a great deal of research before landing on this multi for my elderly mother who doesn’t eat well. The ingredients come in their active form and are of the highest quality. Also, these are capsules not tabs so they’re easy to swallow and assimilate.
