A great restorative tonic for people who are run down, exhausted from overwork and stress, and running too hot. As a former Chinese herbalist, I like to think of yin tonics as crucial to recharging the body's batteries when we've pushed too hard. If you find yourself sleeping hot, having nightsweats (men as well as women), and having more lower back/knee pain when you've been under stress, this tonic might well be worth investigating.
This is the second time I have been on Primal Yin. I was on it for a year before and it controlled hot flashes/night sweats, helps with energy, and rebuilding life force as seen on the moons on my nails. I quit because I really can't afford it, but I was so miserable without it, that I am back on it now and somehow I have to keep paying for it. I am convinced that Dragon Herbs products are quality, potent ingredients. It helps to take only two pills twice a day for cost savings. I am a small person so I still get the same results. So glad iherb carries this product.
I find the Yin replenisher works Great with the Return to Youth product, He Shou Wu and definitely put in the Super Jing. Gives me overall feeling of well being and believe has help my body heal from some toxicity of other cheap herbs and supplements I was using. So I have great confidence with Dragon Herbs products and have used more than half of them with zero negative side effects.
I used this formula or the other formula of the same brand to tonify my Yin Jing and fortify my Kidney to support rejuvenation. The capsules are normal size and it doesn't have any distinct smell or taste. I took this together with my Super Adaptogen to have a more overall herbal tonic supplement.
I keep taking though because i'm a big jiz spiller. Who knows; if it wasn't for Dragon Herbs, other supplements and health promoting measures such as vegan, not smoking, not drinking etc., maybe i'd be dead in the gutter or being abused in a nursing home (the amount of jiz i've spilt since approx. age 10 would be enough to fill a bath tub)
In a very gentle way, this Chinese herbs cocktail truly replenishes one’s vital forces. Highly appreciated although in order to follow the recommended dosage and reap the good effects, two bottles are needed per month and this gets pretty expensive.
I buy this regularly..It helps restore my depleted yin as a 70 year old woman. This company is very reliable. These are all food grade herbs.
Bought it according to my doctor as iI am always exhausted, have difficulty in getting to sleep. I saw the result after one week of taking it. The price increased though!
I love this and so many of Dragon herb’s products. There are certain formulas that are too warming for me and I can take it with Primal Yin to balance it out.
I used for my irregular menses. I must say I saw benefit after using it and it helped me regulate the length and amount of menses.
Very powerful formula to help Yin balance: especially for high pressure, insomnia and no appetite. Have been taken it for 2 weeks, really works for me, I fee I regain my energy faster and stay healthy to avoid getting covid. Highly recommend!
