For Blood type O this formula is amazing. I have taken these for many years and have had no gut problems of any sort. I only take 2 in the morning ( not needed 4) am able to have a bowel movement straight after breakfast. As it has prebiotics as well in this formula it helps the probiotics work more efficiently. The pills are easy to swallow and the maker (D'Adamo) has nailed it with the specific bacteria. Will always take this formula.

These are supposed to be really good for a type of blood type digestion. I do wish they were a bit stronger, but so far I like them. I also appreciate that they have Akkermansia To add to my micro biome. They seem fine. And are about the same price as most top shelf probiotics you would find at any health food store.

This is a very good pro-prebiotic for Bloodtype 0. My gut is overall calmer and more normal when I use this. I also feel less cravings for sweets when I take it. It is not the best if you are very constipated. Then I have other probiotics that work better. I also think it may increase my histamine a bit. I guess it can increase histamine If you are very sensitive. For me that is around ovulation, when my estrogen is high. I use it on and off. I have other probiotics I use If my histamin is high. But overall a very good product, ingredients and quality. It is fresh and potent!! I only take 1-2 daily.

It contains both pre and pro biotics and balances everything out in the digestive tract required for blood type O. I started using this many years ago when I had nagging headaches and within a few hours the headache went. I am not a headache person generally and rarely get them now.
