Feels heavier than what I expected from a rinsing vinegar.

I was first introduced to rinsing vinegar by a french brand starting with 'Y'. I fell in love with it immediately. It left my hair feeling as fresh as ever. However 33USD in my currency for a 400ml was ridiculously pricey, plus later on I found out it contains alcohol so I decided to stop using it. I still miss my fresh, nice-smelling scalp, so I was glad to have stumbled across this product on iHerb. It’s wayyy cheaper than the one from the 'Y' brand and comes in a huge bottle of 500ml. Now that I’ve been using it for a week, I must say they are quite different. This one from CP-1 smells like raspberry jelly beans, and it’s much more moisturizing. It gives my hair that soft, conditioned touch, but at the same time it also weighs my hair down, leaves my hair looking flat and clumpy. What I am looking for is that fresh voluminous effect that I experienced before with the 'Y' brand. I tried to not leave the product on my head for 2 mins as instructed. Instead, I massaged it onto my scalp for only a minute then rinsed it off right away. That way my hair can stay relatively fresh for a day, but it still gets all heavy and clumpy the next day, and it will get even greasier than usual before my wash day. The only improvement I see here is that my hair does look shiny, and my scalp doesn’t smell or itch anymore. It would be a great product for people with frizzy or damaged hair, but not so much for my thin oily hair. I really want to like it, but I just can’t stand my thin hair looking even thinner than it already is. Might as well use it as a mids-to-ends-only conditioner. PS. The cap of my bottle came broken and I’ve already received a refund for it.
