Excellent! This is an outstanding product that I've taken on and off for many years. I broke my hip and femur 15 months ago and had an emergency surgery to repair it. The doctors were amazed how well my bones were healing during 3 different occasions of comparing my healing to the original x-rays!!
This is the internal formulation of Dr. Christopher's original BF & C (Bone, Flesh & Cartilage), minus the comfrey. I apply the original BF & C externally as a poultice on problem area and drink this syrup to reach the whole system. This wonderful formula does more than just ease your pain, it helps rebuild the tissue and bones in areas of damage. This will help remodel even old injuries. BF & C is one of Dr. Chistopher's all time best selling formulas for almost 70 years.
I have used Dr. Christophers products for 20 years & counting. Thankfully iHerb carries his products. Thank you to Christophers Son Dr. David in Utah, to keep his fathers legacy continuous and iHerb for making this possible to reach me in Israel. Most of all Thank you to Our Beloved Master Creator, of all living things, Who created Herbs and plants for the restoration, (refuah shlema) of the nations.
This formula is good quality works to reduce pain from my damaged shoulder muscles from injury 5 months ago. The benefit and improvement seem so far is that it helps to increase my range of motion which was previously very restricted after shoulder dislocation. Taste is acceptable and slightly bitter but that’s normal if you’re used to taking herbal tonic. I used this together with the bone massage oil and have not gone for chiro since.
I bought it for my son originally as he is extremely into sports and has growth and overworking issues. I also tried it as a 55-er and next day my usual joint pain wasn't arrived in the morning. Since that I take it too, only problem is that you need 5 mil twice a day, and must take other stuff to get the most of it and it's not cheap, but at least natural unlike most of the pain killers, and hopefully helps the rebuilding process of joints. I would be happy with a gallon size stuff as family size would be less waste of packaging.
