I don't know anyone that likes taking pills but that can chew on gummy makes it a little more less annoying. :) All the flavors are very good since some are not always in stock so it is great to try different ones! We mix it up and get a variety but magnesium has great benefits include for your brain and body! They always come well packed and never sticking together which unlike some other brands seems to be an issue. Love this brand for other supplements also! Always gluten free too!!
