the scent is really tough. I don't get what it smells like... I must say you really see the dirt come out even if you double cleansing everyday. the pad has two sides. when using the rough one you can feel that skin much smoother after, but also suspect it gives me breakouts. so idk. I wouldn't recommend something that smells like that eventually
