Took these tablets as instructed for exactly 1.5 days...so 3 tablets in total. Wow 😳 the cramps...had to quickly get home! I think the idea with these tablets is that u will loose weight (in an extremely unhealthy way) by taking laxatives (senna). Very bloated & very sore tummy. Not worth it at all.
