I have multiple polymorphisms affecting my ability to make vitamin D. Supplementing with regular vitamin D proved unsuccessful, even at high doses. As well, non-liposomal vitamin D resulted in severe cramping, despite co-supplementing with magnesium. I took this form of vitamin D last autumn. Initially, the only thing I notice was less cramping. This made me nervous as I was not sure the vitamin D was getting absorbed. However, in April my vitamin D blood tests results were the highest ever for this time of the year (within the higher “sufficient” range). I will continue to take this form as it’s very effective, even though I don’t like the aftertaste.
This is the best vit d brand. I used many before didn’t feel a change, I feel a change within 15 mins once I take a sip from this one honestly. I have been very lethargic , low depressed anxious etc. this along with other supplements helped including iron as I think I was depleted in that too. No side effects the taste is fine for me. Will be taking temporarily until my health is back as I don’t like to depend on vit d supplements would rather the sun.
I used this supplement as part of my immune system recovery pack prescribed by my immunologist. I was combining it with magnesium and calcium for higher efficacy. In the end I managed to reverse my vitamin D deficiency. Liposomal is the way to go and having vitamin k2 as part of it is always a must for vitamin D supplements. It improved my mood and vitality as a bonus.
If you need vitamin D, you need vitamin K with it to avoid calcium loss from the bones. This supplement has both and it is liposomal so you know it is getting much better absorption. If you don't take D at all, you may not be getting enough. Sunlight isn't the best way to get D now because the exposure isn't good for our skin. This tastes ok, not great, but it won't gag you either. Just chase with water.
You only need to google the benefits of Vitamin D3. My body felt so great on this. It also seemed like I was... happier? Great stuff
Quality and ingredients are good but taste too sweet,size I would say small (I finished it during month for one person but it depends on dosage ),uncomfortable to use(big bottle and requires refrigerator)/(no sun),max absorption, because of liposomal form,good for everything from immune to bones.
The product contains vitamins D3+, C and others. There is no gluten in the composition, which is great. There is also no sugar. I don't like vitamins with sugar content, they are too sugary. I take the remedy for about a month as prescribed by a doctor.
Aurora Nutriscience Liposomal D3/K2 seems to be working great so far. It doesn't bother me when taken on an empty stomach. The taste isn't bad on this one.
very good brand and supplement in fluid form. I love this brand very much and they have D3 in fluid form which fit my needs.
A great quality ingredient that contains vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 which work synergistically together. Possible benefit I receive is mprovement in immunity, for me in particular during the winter months.
This is my 1 time of this brand. I found vitamins in i-herb. I love it very much. I bought with Vit C of the same brand. This is what i seek; 1.) It comes in liquid form easy to take. Smell is not strong. Taste is good. 2). It is in the Liposomal which is claimed to be the most effective form of vitamin. 3). This form of vit d is hard to find in the market. Highly recommended!! But my suggestion is to release high concentrate of vit D such as 10,000 iu as well
