In combination with an array of other All Max products in which I put my trust in, Beta Alanine is another supplement that can be used to facilitate the production of Nitric Oxide in the bloodstream which in turn results in an increase in performance. Beta Alanine also increases the production of camosine in muscle which serves in reducing muscular fatigue. It's important to understand that this product should be taken several times throughout the day to ensure one is getting a consistent supply into the bloodstream in order to achieve optimal results when hitting the gym.
