These are a great size and dosage. I don’t think “more is more” is necessarily true for vitamins, and this dosage is what my doc recommended for Sept - May. The size is super easy to take, I put them by my kettle to have every morning with my coffee.
First time I use 21 Century D3 tablets. Easy to swallow, as it is small in size. Come in plastic bottle brightly identified so it stands out if you have many pills in your medicine box. Good price too. 1000iu may be small dosage but should be enough if one is also out and about.
Good quality ingredient in a good size with correct dosage for immunity I don't get enough sun in a nice package to effect D deficiency good absorption for bones no taste I take with Omega 3 oil caps Also take Boswellia for pain with black pepper caps I Herb always has the best selection

I and my mother have been taking this vitD for several years. I take this vitamin D3 4000 iu and my mother takes this vitamin D3 5000 iu daily. She is 94. The tablets are small and easy to swallow.
