Thinbi, Choline + Iron, 60 Capsules

Take 2 capsules daily with 8 oz of water, preferably in the morning. For best results, maintain a balanced diet and regular exercise.

Take only as directed. Do not exceed suggested use. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, using any prescription or over the counter drugs, including blood thinners or have a medical condition, consult a physician before using this supplement. Discontinue use if you experience unusual symptoms. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is not advised.
