contains milk! by the way. my fault for not reading that through. however, they're very potent and dissolve, therefore absorb immediately through the mouth. which is the best you could ask for regarding b vitamins. i'm already repurposing the little jar it came in. finally an adequate size jar for the tablets.

Really happy with product and all from Superior Source. I find it helps me with my gene variant. I started at lower dose but changed to higher of the active B12 and noticed a difference. Impressed it has Folate and B6 in it. The only downside is it having Stevia leaf which is high oxalates.
